Chikuwa is a traditional fish cake food originated from Japan. It is round and hollow, with an attractive golden skin and a delicate and flexible texture inside. It is made of selected high-quality fish paste and steamed and baked with a unique process. It has a fresh and chewy taste and is a perfect match for hot pot, oden, stir-fry or barbecue.
