This policy applies to all frozen foods and other products sold by our store.
2. Time Limit for Reporting Quality Issues
If you receive products with quality issues (such as spoilage, damage, or packaging defects), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and provide relevant photo or video evidence to help us process your request promptly.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Situations

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as personal taste, subjective preference, or mistaken purchase if there is no quality issue.

Due to the nature of frozen foods, products that have been opened, improperly stored, or spoiled due to failure to follow proper storage instructions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
4. Return & Exchange Process

In-Store Return/Exchange: If your claim is approved, please bring the product along with the original proof of purchase (receipt or order information) to the store for processing.

Exchange: Upon verification of a quality issue, you may exchange for the same item or an item of equal value.

Refund: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing time is typically 3-5 business days.
