DESCRIPTION

Kansai-Style Takoyaki is a traditional Japanese street food originating from the Kansai region, especially Osaka. It is made from a soft wheat flour batter cooked in a special molded pan, filled with diced octopus and other ingredients. The texture is soft and moist on the inside with a lightly crisp exterior. It is typically served with takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes for a rich and savory flavor.
